Welcome to the Leak Guard Protection Plan (the “Service”), offered by Neice Restoration LLC
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use
of the Leak Guard Protection Plan, including any related websites, landing pages, subscriptions,
communications, and services provided online, by phone, or in person. By enrolling in, accessing, or
using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding
agreement to enroll in or use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not enroll in or
use the Leak Guard Protection Plan.
2. Description of Service
The Leak Guard Protection Plan provides proactive leak detection support, monitoring coordination,
and limited water mitigation–related services as described at the time of enrollment. The Service does
not constitute insurance and does not guarantee prevention of leaks or water damage.
3. Enrollment and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during enrollment and to maintain the
confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are disclosed at enrollment and may be billed monthly or annually. Failure to maintain valid
payment information may result in suspension or termination.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds, if any, are reviewed
on a case-by-case basis.
6. Service Limitations
The Service does not guarantee the prevention of all leaks, water damage, plumbing failures, or mold
growth.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must allow reasonable access to the property, maintain systems, and respond promptly to
alerts.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and materials remain the exclusive property of Neice Restoration LLC.
9. Privacy
Customer data is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
10. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to service
notifications, alerts, and promotions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neice Restoration LLC shall not be liable for indirect or

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Service is provided.
14. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
